1. OVERVIEW

At Duvara-Lifestyle, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION

You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase (before the order is processed). After 1 hour, the order may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled. To request a cancellation, contact info@duvara-lifestyle.com immediately.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Send an email to info@duvara-lifestyle.com with your order number and reason for return.

Do not send returns without approval: packages sent without authorization will be refused.

Once approved, we will provide either (a) a prepaid return label only for damaged or incorrect items, or (b) instructions for customer-paid returns in case of change of mind.

Returns must be shipped within 14 days from receiving approval.

4. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).

We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund returns that arrive damaged, dirty, or clearly used beyond inspection.

5. NON-CONFORMING & DAMAGED ITEMS (STRICT SELLER PROTECTION)

If you believe the item is defective, damaged, or not as described (wrong size, color, or quality), you MUST:

  • Report the issue within 2 days of delivery; and
  • Provide clear photographic evidence showing the item, the issue, and the product packaging/labels.

We will evaluate the evidence and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement, full refund, or partial refund. For verified damaged/incorrect items, we will cover return costs and ship the replacement free of charge.

If photographic evidence is not provided within 2 days, we reserve the right to deny the claim.

6. EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS

Want another size or item? The fastest way is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order. If stock is available and it’s a verified defect or incorrect item, we may offer an exchange and ship the replacement immediately.

7. SHIPPING COSTS & RESTOCKING FEE

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
  • We will provide a prepaid label only for verified damaged/incorrect items.
  • Restocking fee: for non-defective returns (change of mind), 10% of the item’s price may be deducted from the refund to cover inspection and handling. This does not apply to defective or incorrect items.

8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Opened hygiene or cosmetic products (for safety and hygiene reasons)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards (unless defective)

9. INSPECTION & REFUND PROCESSING

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banking or credit card processing times may add extra days. If the refund does not appear within 15 business days from approval, contact info@duvara-lifestyle.com.

10. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR LIMIT RETURNS

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

  • Are sent without approval
  • Do not meet the conditions listed above
  • Appear part of abusive or fraudulent behavior

In such cases, we will inform you of the reason and provide any available remedies (partial refund, repair, or return at your expense).

11. FRAUD PREVENTION

We actively monitor for abusive return activity (excessive returns, false damage claims, returns without photographic proof). Accounts showing suspicious or repeated patterns may be restricted from using promo codes, returns, or future purchases.
